Empowering youth.Energising Namibia.
Gen X trains young Namibians for offshore oil and gas work. Our RigFit programme takes you from offshore safety basics to a Level 4 competency test, on a full rig simulator in Walvis Bay.
Namibia first.Local talent.Local jobs.
Built for Namibia's offshore future
The energy sector off our coast is growing fast. Gen X exists so that young Namibians fill those jobs, not just watch them go to crews flown in from elsewhere.
Together with Trinity Offshore Construction and our accredited training partner SHEQ 24/7, we fund technical training, certification, mentorship and career events. Trained members join experienced crews on real offshore projects, where they learn on the job.
